We have setup this page for tax exempt customers and those making purchases outside of the scope of our shopping cart.

Please enter the amount you wish to make a payment in the form below, and upon pressing “Pay Now,” you will be taken to our PayPal checkout form.

Please enter full amounts, with two decimal points and NO currency markers (i.e. 100.00). Please be sure to include the description of what your payment is for in the comments field PayPal provides.
