If you decide you’re not 100% satisfied within the first 30 days of your date of delivery, request a refund under this limited guarantee and you’ll receive a refund of your purchase price, less any charges for additional services, shipping, handling, or other charges and a processing fee (if applicable), all of which are non-refundable. The shipping charge for the return is at your expense.

The merchandise must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.

We will not accept CODs or third party billing for returned merchandise.

Returned merchandise must include all original components, literature, warranties and packaging in the same saleable condition in which it was received. Refunds for returns will cover product amount and any sales taxes charged. Returns not meeting these requirements may be subject to a restocking fee equaling 15% of the price paid. Damaged merchandise, cosmetically or otherwise, is subject to an increased restocking fee on a case-by-case basis.

All returned merchandise must be free of defects, physical damage and clean of debris. Merchandise which shows signs of defects, physical damage and debris may not be returned for credit unless authorized. Merchandise that is not free of debris may subject to a cleaning fee equal to no less than 15% of the price paid.
